Delivery times
Order delivery time depends on the availability of goods in stock. If at the time of ordering all selected items are in stock, we will deliver the order within 1 – 2 days, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered goods are out of stock, the maximum delivery time may be 1 week. But we try to deliver orders to customers as soon as possible. In case some of the goods from your order have not arrived, we will send the rest of the order at our expense.
Order placement
1. To place an Order it is necessary to specify the actual contact coordinates of the Customer in the online store.
2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer when placing an order.
3. The Customer’s Order can be placed in the Online Shop and by phone.
4. After placing the Order, the Customer is provided with information about the expected date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer.
5. If the Customer has placed an Order for the Goods in a quantity greater than the Seller’s stock, the Seller informs the Customer by sending a notification by e-mail or by phone when the quantity of the Goods will be available. The Customer has the right to agree to accept the Goods in the quantity available from the Seller or to cancel this item of Goods from the Order. In case of failure to receive the Customer’s response within 3 days after notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this item from the Order.
6.The goods are presented in the catalog through photo samples and text description, which are the property of the online store.
7.Presented photo samples contain one or more types of goods of a certain name and textual information: description, characteristics, dimensions, price per unit, have information about the main consumer properties of the goods.
8.Some Goods may differ from those presented in the photo, namely the shade, etc. If the Customer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, the Customer should contact the Seller before placing the Order.
9.Not later than the first day, after prepayment, in case of cancellation of the prepaid Order, the prepayment amount is fully refunded by the Seller to the Customer in a way agreed by the parties, later than the first day – the Customer is obliged to redeem the order, as the order will already be in the process of delivery.
